Walking Lunge

How to perform
- 1.Take a long step forward, rear knee lowering almost to the floor
- 2.Front knee stays roughly over the foot, not far past the toes
- 3.Torso remains upright throughout
Common mistakes
- Steps too short, overloading the front knee
Tips
- Start with bodyweight only to groove balance and step length
Limitations
Use caution with issues in: knees. If you feel discomfort, reduce the range of motion or swap the exercise — ideally after consulting a coach.
