Kettlebell Halo
Circling the bell around the head. Warms up the shoulder girdle and upper back and teaches control of the bell in every position.

How to perform
- 1.Hold the bell by the horns, bottom up, at chest height
- 2.Slowly circle it around the head with the smallest radius you can
- 3.Torso stays still — only the shoulders and arms work
- 4.Equal circles in both directions
Common mistakes
- Circling with too wide a radius
- Torso swaying along with the bell
Tips
- Light bell, slow tempo — this is a warm-up drill, not a strength lift
