How to perform

  1. 1.Wide stance, toes slightly out
  2. 2.Squat onto one leg while the other extends sideways, toes pulled up
  3. 3.Heel of the working leg stays on the floor
  4. 4.Shift across through the middle, or stand up between sides

Common mistakes

  • Heel of the working leg lifting off
  • Back rounding at the bottom

Tips

  • Hold onto support, or counterbalance with a kettlebell at the chest, until mobility catches up

Limitations
