Chin-Up

  1. 1.Shoulder-width grip, palms facing you
  2. 2.Full range from straight arms to chin above the bar

Common mistakes

  • Not fully extending the arms at the bottom

Tips

  • A great starting point if you can't do overhand pull-ups yet

Limitations

Use caution with issues in: shoulders. If you feel discomfort, reduce the range of motion or swap the exercise — ideally after consulting a coach.
