Face Pull

A key exercise for shoulder health and posture — a must-have in any warm-up.

How to perform

  1. 1.Pull toward the face, elbows travelling out and above shoulder level
  2. 2.Externally rotate the shoulders at the end position
  3. 3.Return under control

Common mistakes

  • Pulling too low, leaving the rear delts out of the movement

  • Excellent as a warm-up drill before any pressing work
